What are the dates of the Survey Slot Promotion?
A SurveySpot member will automatically receive one game play and one entry into the random draw sweepstakes each time he/she successfully completes a survey at www.surveyspot.com beginning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 1, 2010 through 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2010.

I am having trouble playing the Online Game (examples include, I can't see the game, my submit button doesn't work, etc.)
Please make sure you have Macromedia Flash 9.0 or higher installed on your computer. You can obtain a free download at www.adobe.com.
To play the Survey Slot Instant Win Game, you must use a modern PC (Pentium II or better) with Windows 98 or newer, Internet Explorer or Netscape OR a modern Macintosh with Mac OS 9 or X, Internet Explorer or Safari.
You can also try clearing your cache: For Internet Explorer: Click on "Tools," select "Internet Options," under the General tab in the Temporary Internet files, select "Delete Files," then select "OK" at the bottom of the screen. Quit out of all browser windows. For Netscape: Go to "Edit," select "Preferences," under "Advanced" select "Cache," click on the "Clear Cache" button. Quit out of all browser windows. For Safari: Select "Empty Cache" from the Safari menu bar at the top of the browser, and confirm your intention by selecting "Empty" when prompted. Quit out of all browser windows.

I received an error message during my game play. What should I do?
If an error occurs during game play, the Online Game continues to play out your Game. If you are a winner, you will still receive winner notification.

I won, but I did not receive an email. What should I do?
Your email will be sent to the same email address as where you receive your survey invites. If you did not receive your e-mail, please check your Spam or Trash filters in your email program or browser. If you cannot locate your e-mail there, please contact us by using the link at the end of this FAQ.
